Lot of six 500ml bottles of Extra Virgin Olive Oil ‘PARTICELLA 34’, produced by Azienda Agricola Biologica PIANOGRILLO, Sicily - Italy.

PARTICELLA 34 CRU 50 cl.
Oil obtained from the Tonda Iblea oil cultivar for manual cropping. Medium fruity. Colour: yellow/green. Hint of freshly cut grass and tomato leaf. Contained acidity within 0.2. Milling with continuous-cycle cold system.

Olive groves:
50 hectares of olive groves, including specialised and centuries-old, drip support irrigation.
Some of the olive groves are of ancient origin, with very large planting areas, later refreshed, with trees that can reach 800/900 years of age; others have modern planting areas, since they have been used for production for a short time. The main olive cultivar is the iconic ‘Tonda Iblea’.
There are also different cultivars such as the Moresca, the Nocellara Messinese called Verdese and modern structures of Carolea; these varieties modern serve as pollinators. The whole farm has been following the so-called Organic Farming for almost twenty years now, therefore pesticides, chemical fertilisers and everything potentially harmful to nature and man are banned.
