Interior: Both the folios and the plates are complete. Intact. No signs of external elements affecting the book. Clean. No stains. No dirt. No foxing. Excellent fixing of the paper to the binding. No major or minor tears. Everything in perfect order. Minor fold in the first plate.
Engravings in vivid, bright colours, well protected with Japanese paper.

Carin Oldfelt Hjertonsson was the artist chosen in 1970 to make the illustrations, in a luxury and limited edition. Her knowledge and prestige in the field of woodcuts were unparalleled in Chile, despite being so young. The result was a masterpiece of edition and woodcut illustration.
Carin Oldfelt Hjertonsson has managed to become an international artist and has a long career through the main art galleries and museums of Sweden, Finland, Chile, Cuba, among other countries and cities such as New York.
