The year 1934 was considered of exceptional quality, although it was of fickle weather, with a dry winter, rainy spring, and very hot summer, which meant delays in both flowering and fruiting. Despite some rain in September, the harvests started late, just in early October. In this dry month of moderate temperatures, the grapes reached the mills with great maturity and quality.

Pelicular maceration in mills with interruption of fermentation through the addition of wine brandy.
Aging and aging in wood (casks, vats and rafters) until bottling.
Black greenish bronze.
Of great depth, with complex, concentrated and fragrant aromas, reminding iodine, caramel, with an amazing natural touch of "vinaigrette".
Round, liqueur, complex and deep persistence, where harmony is the dominant note.
Ideal to accompany dried fruits and sweet desserts.
