Nice classic. The engine is in very good condition. The exhaust appeared to be faulty after it was recently started. This needs to be replaced.
The photos taken in garden are from 2009 after I had just resprayed it.
The last service was in November 2019.
Completely checked in late 2019 by a good friend of mine, motorcycle specialist Seth Kox from Motor-Z in Eindhoven.
- Various welding works. The connection of the gear pedal was on its last legs, it’s now strengthened.
- Wiring completely checked and replaced where necessary.
- Lighting checked.
- Odometer installed.
It never had a working odometer since it was first purchased approx. 14 years ago. I ordered a replica (from Austria) with mechanism. This works as it should. That’s why it only has 100 km on it.
Major maintenance service at De Brommerie in Breda in 2009, the cylinders were honed and various parts were replaced, such as:
- Crankshaft (RITO)
- Set of gaskets
- Clutch plate
- Oil seal
- Cylinder with piston
- Cylinder head
- 2 spare wheels included
- Painted in 2009
It starts, brakes and shifts without problems.
The paintwork (body / rims) needs some attention.
The scooter can be viewed and picked up in Helmond, near Eindhoven (the Netherlands). The buyer is responsible for arranging and paying for transport.
The engines eventually heats up slightly too much and therefore looses some power. This has to do with an adjustment of air / fuel.
