Zündapp KS601 also known as the Grüne Elefant, built in 1952. The Zundapp was ahead of its time in Germany, it had the biggest engine Germans were allowed to produce just after the war. This Grüne Elefant comes from the collection of a well-known Dutch Zündapp collector. This Zündapp was the best and fastest you could get at the time with a 600cc OHV boxer engine. The engine block has good compression and the gearbox shifts. It has a spark, the carburetors need a revision.
