Magnificent and fully original Certina DS4 Automatic from the 70s. The Certina has a gorgeous black dial with a vertically brushed structure. The dial colours from deep black to anthracite grey in different light. The fully stainless steel case is unpolished and has a diameter of an impressive 37 mm (excl. the crown). The Lug to Lug size is 42 mm and the thickness is 12.5 mm. Because of these sizes it is a beautiful large watch to wear! Everything about the watch is original. The crown is signed with the Certina logo and the Tritium in the hands and the overlaid hour markers has discoloured beautifully. These steel-coloured hour markers stand out wonderfully on the dark-coloured dial. The automatic 919-1 timepiece ticks behind the screwed case back with the Certina DS Turtle logo. It winds well, both via the crown and wrist movement, and keeps time accurately. The date function also works properly. Ready again to be enjoyed for years to come!
